June 2018:, the Director of Civil Aviation (DCA) of Guernsey handed over its 6th public category Air Operator Certificate to Channel Jets (http://www.channeljets.com), flying with an Eclipse from Guernsey to the European mainland.
‘On-line application‘ and ‘on-line payment‘ options active!
2-REG announces that customers can now apply for its services On-line and pay by means of Credit Card: JCB, Mastercard, Maestro and Visa.
This new service will further enhance the processing speed of applications and will reduce administration time and costs on the part of customers.
For ‘single services’, applications can be made on-line and documents can be down-and up-loaded.
‘Single services’ include: Validations for flight crew, Engineer licences, AMOs and CAMOs, applications for priority notice, registration and de-registration of charges and various other services.
The applicant will automatically be guided to the payment page.
For all other services, invoices will be sent as usual and can now be paid on-line as well.
To use this option, please go to the 2-REG website home page and select the ‘pay invoice online‘ option in the top menu.

Today, the Director of Civil Aviation (DCA) of Guernsey handed over its second public category Air Operator Certificate to Business Aircraft Services Guernsey Limited – trading as BAS Guernsey, a newly established Guernsey-based Business Jet operator. BAS Guernsey plans to position itself as a market leader in executive jet global operations and is the first to operate the Boeing 787-8 VVIP aircraft, making it available for worldwide charter.
