Private Operator Certificate

Every private operator of a Guernsey registered aircraft must comply with the requirements of GAR 91 (General Operating Instructions). In the case of complex aircraft, compliance with GAR 125 (Complex General Aviation) is also required and will result in a Private Operator Certificate (POC), previously known as the Section 77 Approval. Specific approvals may be requested and will then be listed on the operations specifications, attached to your POC.
