Qualification criteria

All three of the following structures apply cumulatively to every aircraft registration on the Guernsey Aircraft Register.

 

Eligibility Criteria

The eligibility criteria are derived from Guernsey Law (Aviation Registry (Guernsey) Law, 2013 & Air Navigation (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law 2012) and apply to the eligibility of owners/charterers by demise of aircraft to be registered on the Guernsey Aircraft Register.

Due Diligence Requirements

In order to maintain the integrity and reputation of the Bailiwick of Guernsey, the Guernsey Aircraft Register carries out a Due Diligence process with regard to every applicant. Due Diligence Requirements apply to the owner/charterer by demise of the aircraft being registered. There are three Due Diligence categories, and The Eligibility Criteria and Admission Policy will determine which Due Diligence category the owner/charterer by demise of the aircraft falls in.

Admission Policy

The Admission Policy is a 2-REG policy which applies to the categories of aircraft that may be registered on the Guernsey Aircraft Register.
