To fly a Guernsey registered aircraft, a pilot needs a validation, issued by 2-REG, of a foreign license.

To perform maintenance and/or release to service a 2-registered aircraft, a validation of a foreign maintenance engineer licence may be needed.

  • No validation is required if the work is done on the basis of an authorisation issued by a validated maintenance organisation
  • The licence validation is valid for three years
