Applications Manager – 2-REG Guernsey Aircraft Registry

We’re looking for an Applications Manager to take ownership of our business-critical systems and ensure they run smoothly, securely, and efficiently. If you’re passionate about improving application performance, supporting users, and contributing to an organisation that plays a vital role in global aviation, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage and maintain core business applications across 2-REG.
  • Troubleshoot issues, analyse data discrepancies, and support users.
  • Develop improvements, enhancements, and configuration updates.
  • Work closely with vendors, developers, and internal teams to deliver changes.
  • Support release planning, scalability, and lifecycle management.
  • Ensure compliance with governance, security, and regulatory standards.
  • Produce performance reports and identify opportunities for service improvement.

What You Bring

  • Solid experience in applications management or application support.
  • Degree or relevant industry certification / experience.
  • Strong understanding of business systems, software platforms, and IT practices.
  • Experience in aviation or a regulated industry (highly desirable).
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams.
  • Knowledge of Centrik software not required but desirable.
